I
1. In the case of regular storage, maintenance and use, three guarantees (repair, return and replacement) will be provided if products cannot be used normally because of quality issues.
2. Handling suggestion will be proposed in 24 hours after quality information is received, and related personnel will arrive at site and deal with the problem in 100 hours. Cause will be analyzed and responsibility defined after products are in normal.
3. Necessary technical documents and certificate of qualification will be provided for sold products.
4. According to requirements of customers or agreements, spares will be timely supplied, and timely installation, testing and maintenance will be conducted, and technology training courses for relevant personnel of customers will be launched.
5. In large engineering projects, the Company organizes production, test and inspection according to requirements of tender documents and cooperates with customers in acceptance inspection.
6. The purchase of raw materials and accessories and production and inspection of products are strictly in line with ISO9001.

Service description:
If any malfunction occurs during the use of products, customers may consult to After-sale Service Division of Mass Marketing Center and describe the details of model, specifications, operating environment, malfunction condition, purchase date and service request. If the problem is still unsolved after After-sale Service Division proposes suggestion, personnel will be sent or other solution will be provided.
