The Company was established on Nov. 6, 2014 with registered capital of RMB 50 million. The legal representative is Guo Haibo and the general manager is Huo Xiuyi.
Beijing Sanchuan Century Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is established in 2003 and restructured to stock company in 2014. With spirit of integrity, specialty, creation and sustainable subject of making customer satisfied, the Company mainly involves in research and development of control, filtration and purification of fluid pollution. It became a high-tech enterprise in Beijing in 2003. After over 10 years’ unremitting effort, it earned wide recognition among users in petrochemical industry and became materials supplier for PetroChina (member of EnergyAhead), first-tier network supplier for Sinopec, first-tier network supplier for CNOOC, materials supplier for ChemChina, materials supplier for China Shenhua Group, superior supplier for Yanchang oil field. Since its establishment, Sanchuan was deeply aware of the importance of technological innovation and launched deep cooperation with China University of Petroleum, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and various design institutes and research institutes, gaining 23 patents for utility models. It is qualified for A1 & A2 pressure vessel design.
Hebei Yongsheng Petrochemical Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is established in 1983 with registered capital of RMB 50 million and fixed assets of RMB 200 million. It is a specialized manufacturer of pipeline accessories for petroleum industry, chemical industry, electricity industry, metallurgy industry and shipping industry, high-pressure, medium-pressure and low-pressure flange, forging parts and fasteners. At present, it is materials supplier for PetroChina (member of EnergyAhead), first-tier network supplier for Sinopec, first-tier network supplier for CNOOC, materials supplier for ChemChina.
It owns 128 sets of machinery processing equipment. It has been certified by ISO9001-2000 Quality System, PetroChina HSE System and EU PED 4.3, and granted with China Manufacture License of Special Equipment (Pressure Pipeline element) , D1 and D2 China Manufacture License of Special Equipment (Pressure Vessel).
The Company has 40 employees, of which there are 12 professional technician, professional welders, 1 riveter technician, and 1 welding engineer. It covers an area of 7596 square meters, where plant building covers an area of 4740 square meters, exposure room 108 square meters, welding experiment room 54 square meters. The preparation of document of quality assurance system is led by Technical Quality Department on the basis of 18 basic elements defined by TSGZ0004-2007 Basic Requirements of Quality Assurance System for Manufacture, Installation, Modification and Maintenance of Special Equipment, determining corresponding quality control system, controlling unit, controlling essentials. Members of editorship are mainly Liang Tianyu, Jia Dongdong, Zhao Lichao, Ge Houxiang, Liu Xibin, Zhou Qing, and Zhang Zhongqing. The document was approved on Nov. 10, 2014 and executed on Dec. 1, 2014.
For verifying effectiveness, rationality and applicability of the system, we propose to manufacture 1 set of A1 finished product, 1 set of A2 finished product and 1 set of A2 processing product according to TSG Z0005Verification and Review Specification for License of Manufacture, Installation, Modification and Maintenance of Special Equipment. The drawing is designed by Beijing Sanchuan Century Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Name of A1 product is separation tank, which is horizontal with diameter of DN800mm; criteria for design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance is GB150.1-150.4-2011 Pressure Vessel, which defines A1 level manufacture license of pressure vessel (Single layer) shall meet the requirements that design pressure is 10.5Mpa, design temperature is 50℃, volume is 1.36m³, material of main pressure element is Q345R and 16MnⅢ, thickness of barrel is 28mm. Name of A2 product is air collector, which is horizontal with diameter of DN1000mm; criteria for design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance is GB150.1-150.4-2011 Pressure Vessel, which defines A2 level manufacture license of pressure vessel shall meet the requirements that design pressure is 8.0Mpa, design temperature is 60℃, volume is 6.27m³, material of main pressure element is Q345R and 16MnⅢ, thickness of barrel is 26mm.
